We have active contracts with ADE, Districts, Charter Schools, and Private Schools throughout the Metro-Phoenix area to provide school-based intervention services.


The Job:

District: Cesar Chavez High School and other Phoenix Union High School locations:

Dates: May 28th
  • June 28th:

Schedule: Monday-Thursday; 8:00 am-4:00 pm:

  • You will tutor grades 9-1
  • Subject
  • Math & Biology/Chem/Sciences
  • Method: Push in tutoring
  • Ratios: 1:1 or small group
  • Pay:
$30/hr

Job Duties:


  • Instruct in small groups.
  • Maintain individualized skillappropriate lesson plans provided for you by 1 to 1 Tutoring.
  • Maintain consistent communication with company supervisors, classroom teachers, principals, and parents.

Responsibilities:


  • Manage and educate students in a classroom setting
  • Establish academic goals and milestones with students

Qualifications:


  • Teacher Certification (preferred)
  • Degree (required)
  • Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required)
  • Previous experience in teaching, tutoring, or other related fields (required)
  • Ability to build rapport with students
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
