As a research and development partner for industry, the Fraunhofer Institute for Microelectronic Circuits and Systems IMS aims to develop customized microelectronic circuits, microsystems, and sensors for specific requirements in the areas of technology services, biomedical sensors, optical systems, open-source semiconductors, and quantum technologies.

From the initial concept to pre-series production, we offer all steps directly on site.

The processing of ASICs takes place in our in-house CMOS and microsystem clean rooms on a total area of sqm.

Our "Cleanroom Facilities" group ensures stable environmental conditions in the clean rooms in terms of temperature, humidity, and particle freedom.

We ensure uninterrupted supply of VE water, compressed dry air, chemicals, and process gases, as well as the functionality of our safety systems.

What you will do With your knowledge and experience, you ensure the ventilation supply. To do this, you monitor HVAC systems, refrigeration machines, cooling towers, and cooling water circuits.
