- Greets customers warmly and determines the reason for calling or chatting
- Identifies client requests or problems, determines the cause, and provides the best solutions by suggesting information about carefully selected products and services
- Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information
- Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
- Compiles reports on overall customer satisfaction
- Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications
- Become familiar with new and existing clients and their account setup
- Updating selfhelp documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
- Testing and fixing faulty equipment
Job Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems
- Basic Networking skills (IP routing...)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detailoriented, excellent multitasking and organizational skills
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Analytical problem solver, with strong documentation, computer, and phone skills
- Focus on product and quality of service.
Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
