Include but are not limited to:

  • Greets customers warmly and determines the reason for calling or chatting
  • Identifies client requests or problems, determines the cause, and provides the best solutions by suggesting information about carefully selected products and services
  • Opens and maintains customer accounts by recording and updating account information
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information
  • Compiles reports on overall customer satisfaction
  • Improves existing programs by reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending changes; making modifications
  • Become familiar with new and existing clients and their account setup
  • Updating selfhelp documents so customers/employees can try to fix problems themselves
  • Testing and fixing faulty equipment

Job Skills & Requirements:


  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience required
  • Familiarity with Windows operating systems
  • Basic Networking skills (IP routing...)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Detailoriented, excellent multitasking and organizational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Analytical problem solver, with strong documentation, computer, and phone skills
  • Focus on product and quality of service.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
