Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and daily activities
- Support classroom management and behavior management strategies
- Engage with children to promote learning and development
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment
- Assist with activities that promote childhood development
Skills:
- Demonstrate high level of interest in working with children (prior experience working with children is required)
- Have willingness to learn, creativity and enthusiasm
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles
- Ability to collaborate with the lead teacher and other staff members
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents
