Job Description: Training Program

We offer training for parquet installers.
The tasks of this profession are carried out at constantly changing workplaces/construction sites - new buildings or old buildings - renovations. This includes preparing the subfloor, such as performing spackling work. The main task of a parquet installer is to install parquet, carpeting, and PVC flooring.

In theory, you will learn:

Familiarization with flooring and work materials
Practice calculations
Wood knowledge and laying patterns
Quality control
Work safety

In practice, you will:

Cut, glue, and install flooring
Prepare subfloors by spackling, sanding, and cleaning
Measure rooms and calculate material requirements
Create room sketches and laying plans
Clean and maintain floors
Create insulation
Interact with customers

Your profile:
Your strengths should include manual dexterity, spatial imagination, calculation skills for determining material requirements, and attention to detail.
