As a Solution Consultant (m/w/d) at Flip, you will work closely with our enterprise and strategic prospects and clients.

You have extensive knowledge of complex organizations and their stakeholders, business areas, and IT infrastructures. Together with our prospects and clients, you will analyze software architectures, identify potential for added value, develop product solutions for growth and improvement strategies, and present your findings to C-levels and vice presidents to convince them of Flip's unique value proposition.

  • are involved in qualifying potential leads and support the sales team with RFIs/RFPs, etc.
  • analyze the current state of HR, operations, communication, and digitization
  • identify use cases with high potential for added value and develop suitable solution concepts
  • conduct technical product presentations, demos, workshops, and seminars
  • convince key stakeholders of the benefits of implementing the Flip employee app
  • are a specialist for our enterprise clients with <10,000 employees and for strategic clients with employees
  • build relationships with key stakeholders in the organizations of our prospects and
