Our partnership with last-mile delivery partners is essential to our service, and we work closely with them to ensure that all deliveries, big or small, reach their intended destination.

As a Third Party Logistics Manager in Silverdale, you will be responsible for maintaining a strong and positive relationship with our partners.

You will establish connections, assist them in implementing efficient delivery processes, and resolve any issues they may encounter, all with the goal of creating a successful long-term partnership.

Key job responsibilities

  • Safety: Collaborate with Safety and Regional Managers to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
  • Performance: Guide partners as they expand their business and manage operational challenges, providing necessary resources to ramp up operations and prepare for peak periods.
  • Performance: Support partners as they onboard to the program and prepare for launch (applies to new launches only).
  • Performance: Coach partners to run compliant, safe, and high-performing businesses (SLS metric analysis).
  • Identify and address workflow inefficiencies, implementing operational improvements at the network level and enhancing the overall DSP owner experience.
  • Foster a strong relationship between Amazon and our DSP partners (improve DSP sentiment).
  • Ensure effective communication with DSP business owners following close collaboration with OTR partners.
  • Act as the voice of the DSP and represent their interests within the AMZL business.
