    Job DescriptionIT Support Specialist$22 - $32/ an hourDanville, VAMonday – Friday 8 am – 5 pmWe have partnered with a global industry leader in Danville, VA, seeking an experienced and energetic IT Support Specialist to join a successful and growing teamWhat You Will Do:
    • Effective use of Help Desk tracking and ticketing system, experience with ServiceNow REQUIRED (Opens/Tracks/Closes service desk tickets)
    • Asset management experience required
    • Effective verbal and written communication
    • Maintaining a professional relationship with all customers
    • Providing technical support by responding to and resolving end-user problems
    • Installation and configuration of new workstations, peripheral equipment, and software
    • Documenting internal procedures
    • Assisting with the onboarding of new users
    • Troubleshoot Microsoft Windows operating system
    What You Need:
    • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications (O365)
    • Ability to work independently and yet be effective within a team setting.
    • 4+ Years' experience as a service desk analyst with proven experience.
    • Factory environment experience a plus.
    • Ability to work the below schedule:
    Monday – Friday: 8 AM – 5 PM (1 Hour lunch break)What's In It For You:
