We are looking for a
Site Manager (m/f/d) for our branch in Manchester, WA, starting on July 1st, 2024.

What tasks you will take on:

You ensure smooth operations **As a Site Manager, you are responsible for all departments with approximately 50 employees working in shifts. You are the first point of contact for facility management, business owners, and act as the interface between functional areas, branch management, and the control tower.

Moving forward together **You are responsible for achieving defined KPIs, ensuring transparent communication, and regularly analyzing existing processes to identify optimization potential and take necessary actions.
