    Job Description

    Job Title: Lab Technician

    Reports to: Vice President of Titan Laboratories

    Primary Responsibilities:

    1. Responsible for daily testing of samples in a timely manner and in accordance with established procedures.
    2. Responsible for maintaining calibration schedules.
    3. Report any problems and works with Vice President including, but not limited to:
      1. Non-conforming work
      2. Working condition of lab equipment
      3. Scheduling conflicts
    4. Responsible for weekly/Monthly lab consumable inventory
    5. Responsible for lab technician work rotation
    6. Responsible for safe handling of all lab equipment and supplies
    7. Responsible for proper mixing of chemicals as needed.
    8. Contribute to a supportive and diplomatic work environment.
    9. Responsible for recording of lab results as needed.
    10. Responsible for daily emptying of oil and/or chemical waste.
    11. Responsible for maintaining lab in a clean and professional manner.

    General Responsibilities:

    Assist with any special projects as needed.

    Education / Experience Requirements:

    G.E.D or equivalent. Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift up to 30 lbs. Previous lab experience is a plus.
