  • Utilized CRM software to maintain client databases, track interactions, and generate reports to support decisionmaking processes.
  • Prepared and edited documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Suites, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Facilitated effective communication between internal teams and external teams, fostering positive relationships and driving collaboration.
  • Implemented and maintained efficient filing systems, both electronic and physical, to ensure easy retrieval of information.

Administrative Assistant Experience:

Pay:
From $50,000.00 per year
