- Visiting Sites to ensure Organization, Safety Inspections & Training
- Managing the Performance of the Superintendent, as well as Subcontractor relations
- Ensuring the project is turned over to the Owner, Closed Out and any Warranty Management continues to be monitored.

Our Project Managers are responsible for providing overall management direction to multiple commercial construction projects. They should be able to uphold our mission to "Deliver Excellent Solutions" to our Customers,Some of the primary areas of responsibility include:
Requirements:
Prefer Bachelor Degree in Construction, Civil Engineering or related field
5-10 years experience in Project Management
Excellent Computer Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks is required
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to sustain an environment of Integrity , Trust and Respect
