About us

The department of electrical and building technology is responsible for inspecting safety systems in special buildings of all kinds and sizes. As part of approval procedures, we create building law evidence and expert opinions. In addition, our tasks include on-site technical inspections of electrical and medical devices, as well as inspections of systems required for the sustainable use of renewable energies.

Tasks

Your responsibilities include independent inspection of electrical systems, fire alarm and alert systems, safety power supplies, emergency generators, and safety lighting according to building law
You provide advice to your clients to ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements
With your expertise, you are the first point of contact for our clients and use your network to expand your customer base

Qualifications

Recognition as a building authority recognized expert according to state building regulations (LBO) and ideally also as an electrical engineering expert according to VDS
First professional experience as an inspection expert
Professional experience in operation, construction, planning, or maintenance of electrical systems
Comprehensive knowledge of recognized rules of technology
