    Description

    • Medical Assistant Certification required (CMA)
    • 1-2 years of relevant experience
    • Proficiency in basic computer skills
    • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple tasks efficiently
    • Outstanding interpersonal abilities
    • Effective and courteous communication with patients and external parties
    • Must have a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Thorough understanding of medical procedures, administrative protocols, and company policies
    • Knowledge of patient care and examination processes
    • Strict adherence to confidentiality guidelines

    Responsibilities may encompass:

    • Managing phone inquiries and scheduling appointments
    • Welcoming and registering patients, updating records, and ensuring completion of required forms and consents
    • Assisting patients during telehealth appointments
    • Ensuring completeness of patient records before appointments
    • Administering medications, including injections
    • Performing other relevant tasks as needed
