Position:
Signature Lifestyle Specialist (Luxury Leasing Associate)

Location:
Boca Vue, Boca Raton, FL

Key Qualifications:
Leasing experience in a luxury, Class A property, proficiency with Yardi software products, and excellent Resident/Customer Service experience.

Hours:
Monday through Friday from 9:00am-6:00pm, with a one-hour lunch break daily. Weekend rotation (Saturday's), hours are 10:00am-5:00pm. Schedule and compensation will be discussed during interview process.

Responsibilities:

Manage all leasing inquiries, including phone calls and walkins
Communicate knowledgeably about available properties to exceed performance benchmarks
Create and distribute marketing materials
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Excel in a professional, performancedriven, fastpaced team environment
Demonstrate highly motivated, highenergy sales with excellent closing skills
Adapt to the needs and personality of each prospect

Requirements:

Education:
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum 13 years of luxury leasing experience, midrise experience, and proficiency in Yardi software products preferred
Skills & Certifications:
Demonstrated phone sales and customer service skills
Strong work ethic and customer focus
Responsive, courteous, reliable, and upbeat attitude
Attention to detail/followup technique
Performancedriven with an embrace of growth and change
Problemsolving skills and reliability
Professional demeanor and personable phone voice
Ability to thrive in a customerfocused, team environment
Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are a plus
Valid Driver's License required
