Description

As an Industriekaufmann*, you will manage operational processes from a business perspective at Westfield. In the finance department, you will be responsible for cost and performance accounting, while in sales you will create offers and conduct sales negotiations. In production, you will be responsible for process and production flows. In human resources, you will select new employees, develop personnel statistics, and handle payroll. In general, Industriekaufleute are employed for various tasks with a commercial focus.

Your tasks as an Industriekaufmann* at Westfield:

Planning, controlling, and monitoring processes
Creating offers
Determining personnel requirements
Managing financial and business accounting, cost and performance accounting
Negotiating with customers and suppliers
Planning and implementing marketing and advertising measures

The training process:

Start and duration of training

Starts on September 1st
3 years (possible to shorten by half a year with excellent performance)
2.5 years with vocational school degree (business and administration) or technical college entrance qualification
