We have an open position for Contract Closeout Specialist to support our Federal program in Washington DC

Contract closeout Specialist

  • Experience in contract closeout, cost and price analysis, and/or cradletograve contract administration.
  • Complete draft pricing revisions
  • Assist closeout of contracts covering multiple fiscal years
  • Confirm all deliveries were accepted and ensure Contractor's receipt of payment
  • Identify and track excess funds that may be deobligated
  • Ensure final closing statement and invoice have been submitted
  • Guarantee assignments of any claims have been satisfied
  • Provide assistance with financial reconciliation efforts and tracking inactive obligations
  • Track status of closeout procedures and escalate problems that require government intervention;
  • Provide status of closeouts completed or problems that require CO and COR intervention
  • Develop Adhoc Reports as needed
  • Understanding the organizational policies and procedures for accuracy of solutions and deliverables to client
  • Demonstrating a commitment to quality and customer support

Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Five or more years of professional experience
  • Experience using PRISM
  • Familiarity with multiple contract types and contract vehicles
  • Knowledgeable in Microsoft Suite Products, including SharePoint, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Currently holds or has the ability to obtain a Public Trust

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
