Job summary

We're looking for our first SDR Manager to build and lead a world-class sales development organization from the ground up.
This is a rare opportunity to shape the foundation of our go-to-market motion at one of the fastest-growing AI infrastructure companies in the market.
You'll be responsible for building an AI-native SDR team where technology amplifies human performance rather than replaces it. Your team will be the engine that drives pipeline across inbound, outbound, and product-led growth motions,
and you'll create the systems that turn SDRs into successful Account Executives at scale.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience managing or leading SDRs in a B2B SaaS or technology company
