Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Assist with clerical duties such as filing, scanning, copying, faxing, and data entry
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Communicate with vendors and maintenance; assist biller with support tasks
Experience:
- Proven experience in organizational and administrative tasks
- Proficiency in clerical duties such as proofreading, filing, typing, and office management
- Prior experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant is a plus
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Windows 11 are advantageous
