As a (Senior) Key Account Manager at the PLAIN Hub office of Bundesdruckerei, you will work in a team to develop and market the PLAIN platform.

PLAIN stands for Platform Analysis and Information System and is a data and AI platform. With PLAIN, we enable our clients to use data for political decision-making and professionalize their data management.

In our daily work, we closely collaborate with all federal ministries and their data labs, and we value individuals with a sense of responsibility and team spirit.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Independent work in agile largescale projects (PLAIN)
  • Management of clients from strategic business development to contract closure and ongoing projects
  • Creation of customized offers and service descriptions for clients
  • Preparation of cost calculations and participation in EVB-IT contracts
  • Close collaboration with different departments at Bundesdruckerei
  • Planning and conducting client meetings, as well as supporting project management and creating reports
  • Generating new orders by expanding customer relationships and acquiring new clients
  • Monitoring the market and researching for potential strategic sales opportunities

Your Profile:

  • Completed university degree in economics, engineering, political science, (business) informatics, or a related field
  • Several years of professional experience in a similar position
  • Practical experience in key account management, preferably in the public sector
  • Basic understanding of technology and interest in selling a modern data analysis
