- Answering phone calls, determining the persons issue and getting them through the intake/hiring process.
- Selling the firm to new clients.
- Looking up case information online and via phone to accurately quote potential clients.
- Calendaring dates online.
- Input client details into database and excel
- Keeping office/work area clean.
- Scan closed files
- Shred old files

We are seeking a dynamic Spanish/English speaking intake assistant. We need a patient, friendly, detail oriented front desk person to be the face and voice of our firm.
