Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the operations of the Access/Intake, Benton Harbor Outpatient, and Substance Use Disorder Treatment Teams.
  • Assures that programs are adhering to contractual requirements, best practices, and fidelity models.
  • Participates in and/or represents Riverwood in various clinical projects/workgroups.
  • Provides leadership and creates a vision for staff resulting in an understanding and a belief in the principles of Person-Centered
Planning, Self-Determination, and Recovery.

  • Supervises the Access/Intake Supervisor, SUD Supervisor and Benton Harbor Outpatient Supervisor.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or above and licensed by the state of Michigan as a LMSW, LLP, LPC or LP.
  • Five or more years' experience working with individuals with Behavioral Health and/or Substance Use Disorders.
  • Multidisciplinary supervisory experience.
  • Experience with community mental health system, knowledge of CARF, MDHHS, CCBHC, and managed care standards
preferred.
