We are looking for you to join our Integrated Building Management (IGM) team in Berlin, full-time or part-time, as an Architect*in / Engineer for Tendering and Procurement in IGM (m/f/div).

Your job with us In a special position of trust, you will independently prepare tenders and procurements in the field of Integrated Building Management (especially in phases 6 and 7), involving the responsible operating engineers, architects, and other stakeholders.

You will also participate in bid evaluations and bidder presentations.

In the case of existing framework contracts, you will contribute to contract, risk, and anti-claim management, and monitor compliance with the contracts.

You will also contribute to the expansion of our knowledge management.

What you bring to the table You have successfully completed a university degree (Bachelor/Diploma FH) in the fields of architecture, civil engineering (building construction, construction management and supervision), construction management, technical building equipment, electrical engineering, supply engineering, or a comparable field.

You have several years of professional experience
