Support our client, an international automotive and mechanical engineering supplier, as an HR Business Partner (m/f/d) at the location in Clarksville.
What to expect:
- Consulting and supporting role in labor law issues as well as in the overall field of personnel work
- Supporting the departments in the entire process of internal and external personnel recruitment
- Responsibility for contract adjustments and transfers, conducting disciplinary measures, and preparing and implementing compensation measures
- Moderation of meetings and workshops
- Ensuring employee involvement with relevant topics
- Conducting employee development discussions and creating individual development plans
- Controlling personnel budgets in the support area and conducting personnel cost planning
What you bring:
- Completed degree in business or social sciences or commercial training with further education as a specialist or business administrator
- First professional experience in the HR field
- High sense of responsibility
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Confident and professional demeanor
- SAP knowledge desirable
