Job Duties:

B2D is a subsidiary of D3 LLC, a manufacturer of retail displays, including in-store furniture, cabinets, shelving, and digital displays for the Travel/Retail industry, Nordstrom's, Kohls/Sephora, and many luxury retailers.

B2D specifically collects, sorts, and recycles retail end-of-life displays made by the mother company or other vendors.

B2D has been growing exponentially over the past few months, and we need help coordinating our sustainability initiatives in the company to help us expand as responsibly as possible.

Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:

Company Strategy responsibilities:

Collaborating with management on sustainability projects and initiatives
Assisting in managing all High-Profile customers
Supporting in expanding B2D business with existing clients

Project Management responsibilities and duties:

Assisting in managing all B2D Projects: from quoting to project management, followups, and completion of the projects.
Supporting in managing budgets and tracking expenses for each project
Track expenses and profit for each project to make sure it follows P&L
Following up with customers
Creating timelines, adjusting schedules, and overseeing recycling processes.
Innovation and problemsolving mentality.

Sustainability Research responsibilities and duties:

Assisting in developing our vendor portfolio for new and improved recycling options.
Supporting customers and mother companies in material choice and ecodesign decisions
Learning about the different materials and processes used in POS industry.
Creating Life Cycle Analysis to help customers decisions
Research sustainable business practices to help us improve our pillars of sustainability.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree
Preferably in Engineering or Environmental Studies
12 years' experience in project management or a similar role
Strong organizational with the ability to manage multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Passionate to help the environment through sustainable business practices.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift objects up to 25lbs
Must be comfortable going onto the production floor which may involve noise, machinery, and other aspects of a typical production setting.

They should be able to prioritize work projects and flexibly work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay:
$58, $65,000.00 per year
