For our central administrative headquarters at Malstatter Markt in Saarbruecken, we are looking for an apprentice for office management.


Your training will include:

  • Assisting with secretarial, administrative, and business tasks for a service-oriented company in the healthcare industry
  • Handling verbal and written correspondence
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and events
  • Managing internal and external appointments
  • Creating and presenting statistics using Microsoft Office programs
  • Participating in exciting internal projects
  • Planning, procuring, and managing office and work materials You will need:
  • A successfully completed high school diploma or general university entrance qualification
  • An open, friendly personality and willingness to work independently, flexibly, and take on responsibility
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Social skills, communication skills, organizational skills, and teamwork are also among your qualities
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
