We are currently seeking a Social Worker, Social or Special Education Teacher (m/f/d) for our Integration Assistance Cologne, BeWo in Cologne-Kalk to start as soon as possible.

You bring with you

  • a degree in social or special education or a comparable qualification
  • knowledge and practical experience in integration and youth welfare, individual case support for people with mental illnesses, and social pedagogical family support
  • enjoyment in working with people

Job description

You will be working in the outreach social pedagogical support of people with mental disabilities. You will be responsible for creating and updating the BEI NRW and cooperate and network with other support services. You will advocate for resource activation in the individual life context and support the beneficiaries in their daily lives. If necessary, you will develop measures for crisis intervention.
