    Description
    We have partnered with a family owned and operated company with operations across the US and Canada. With a focus on sustainability and global care, this organization is known for being both earth and family friendly. We are partnering with them on a search for a Plant Controller position in one of their Pennsylvania locations.

    This Plant Controller role will have oversight of both accounting and finance as well as operations management and team oversight.

    We are looking for a strong leader, who cares about company culture.

    This Plant Controller will be instrumental in being a part of the team to decide strategic initiatives, create efficiencies and partner/collaborate with Operation Leadership to maintain efficient production schedules.

    This Plant Controller will manage a solid team of both finance and accounting professionals and will be a valued member of the Plant Leadership Team.

    This organization values their employees, and this Plant Controller will have regular interaction with the other facility leaders, corporate headquarters as well as the Board of Directors.


    Plant Controller Responsibilities:
    Financial statement preparation including month end close, quarter and year end as well as management reporting Budgeting preparation, financial forecasting and trend analysis inclusive of gross profit analysis, product costing calculations and analysis and inventory valuation and monitoring Active participant in plant operations meetings and leadership meetings to discuss trends, strategic initiatives and solutions for upcoming economic/business needs

    Plant Controller Requirements:

    Bachelors degree in accounting, finance or related field CPA, MA, MBA preferred High level of critical and logical thinking, analysis and reasoning skills Demonstrated team leadership experience and training Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment I'd love to discuss the additional details of this organization and position with you.
