Sales Development Representative (SDR)

As an HR-tech startup, our mission at CareerFairy is to support recent graduates in finding their dream job.

We are a spinoff of ETH Zurich and have been recognized as one of the leading startups in Switzerland for the second year in a row.

On our platform, employees from top companies around the world host interactive livestreams for students and graduates, showcasing their projects, company culture, and daily work - think of it as Twitch for your career.

We work closely with universities, companies, and student associations throughout Europe to ensure the success of our livestreams.

Our German team is growing and we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) for Germany to join our team with character and skills.

This position is hybrid - 3 days remote and 2 days in a coworking space with your two colleagues in Berlin.

You will also have the opportunity to visit our main office in Zurich with our global team.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently sourcing leads as potential new clients
  • Qualifying leads for a demo call with one of our Business Developers
  • Outreach to corporate clients through email, phone, and social selling
  • Achieving monthly targets for qualified demos booked
