- Develop Electrical Systems for consumer appliances and Smart Home devices - Air Handler, Furnace, Thermostat, Smart Home devices, wired and wireless sensors, IoT Edge devices.
- Perform load calculation and system analysis to select and specify transformers, relays, contactors, motors, circuit breakers, fuses, wire gauges and other electrical components.
- Create and Evaluate Wiring Diagrams.
- Design control box routing and wire harness.
- Develop design standards and guidelines for organization based on regulations and industry best practices.
- Participate in Regulatory committees and update internal design process to incorporate regulatory updates.
- Perform detailed bench and lab testing of Electrical systems.
- Support and troubleshoot electrical issues in products in field.
- Participating in research and development of new electrical technologies.
- Developing and implementing energy-efficient electrical systems.
- Ensuring electrical safety regulations and codes are followed.
- Developing project plans and schedules for electrical projects.
- Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations related to electrical systems.

- Principal Electrical Engineer plays a crucial role in driving the development of complex electrical engineering projects, providing technical expertise and leadership to ensure that projects are completed successfully.

- Proficient in computer programming, particularly in languages such as C and Python, which are commonly used in embedded systems and signal processing applications
- Thorough understanding of electromagnetic fields and their interactions with electrically charged particles and materials
- Manage projects effectively, including defining project scope, setting timelines, and managing budgets
- Strong understanding of digital electronics, including logic gates, microcontrollers, and digital signal processing
- The role requires a deep understanding of electrical engineering principles and practices, as well as project management skills and leadership qualities
