Electrician for industrial engineering (m/f/d)

What you will learn in your apprenticeship with us:

  • Operations: The focus of your apprenticeship is on the electronics in our rail vehicles. This includes timely inspection and maintenance of rail vehicles of all kinds. Your tasks during the apprenticeship include: analysis, inspection, maintenance, identification of malfunctions and their troubleshooting in electronic and electrical systems of different rail vehicles, visual inspections and functional tests, replacement of electrical components, reading of diagnostic data to support error search, and active participation in improvement possibilities in the workshop operation.Theory: In vocational school, you will learn everything about your apprenticeship. There, the topics will be deepened and the theoretical understanding will be sharpened.
  • Comprehensive training: In order for you to successfully complete your apprenticeship, we work together with inter-company training centers. Here, topics are covered that cannot be covered by the school-based training requirements with us.

You bring to your apprenticeship:

  • Successful completion of school: intermediate secondary school certificate (secondary school diploma or 10th grade secondary school diploma)
  • Manual and technical interest
  • Enjoyment of a manual profession
  • Good mathematical and scientific knowledge as well as affinity for IT systems
  • Good technical understanding
