At Helget Gas Products, we're seeking a talented Facilities and Equipment Technician to ensure our buildings and equipment are in top-notch condition. With us, you'll have the opportunity to grow your skills while contributing to a dynamic team environment
Primary Responsibilities:
As the Facilities and Equipment Technician, your role will involve monitoring and maintaining building facilities and equipment, including HVAC systems and water pumps, to ensure smooth operations. You'll develop and implement maintenance schedules and policies, covering routine and specialized maintenance needs efficiently. Leveraging your technical expertise, you will repair facilities and equipment, handling tasks such as electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work. Additionally, you'll prepare job cost documentation, maintain compliance with State and Federal codes, and promptly diagnose and resolve issues, collaborating with contractors as needed. Your responsibilities also include maintaining accurate records, serving as a backup for the Facilities/Equipment Manager, and promptly responding to emergencies to maintain a safe working environment.
