    Our client is a leading growth-equity firm, investing in world-class B2B software companies.

    The firm has grown to 60+ employees and invests globally out of their Kansas City headquarters with portfolio company investments from Paris to Sydney, Arkansas to Toronto, and Los Angeles to New York.

    The firm is hiring for a Financial Operations Analyst ("Fin Ops Analyst" within its financial operations team given continued growth to monitor and support incremental SaaS portfolio companies.
    The new hire will learn on the job and support internal financial reporting of the company's portfolio investments. The role will be counted on to drive insights and communication to the senior leadership team and investors.

    Requirements

    Possess 2-4 years experience in Audit, Fund Accounting, or Valuation Services.

    Stays updated on current reporting trends in private equity to become a subject matter expert in performance and investor reporting.

    Implement process improvements for efficient analyses.
    Manage multiple projects across the organization with superior time management skills.
    Maintain a sense of urgency and thrive in unstructured environments.
    Exhibit exceptional communication (verbal & written) to interaction with senior leadership and investors.
    Demonstrate a growth mindset and bias toward action.
    Embrace entrepreneurial environments and enjoy problem-solving.
    Uphold a strong work ethic, commitment to team building, and integrity.
    Responsibilities

    Support Director of Finance with quarterly reporting, fund management, and company accounting.
    Support Financial Performance team with portfolio support, analyses, and benchmarking.
    Support Financial Performance team with quarterly valuations, investor updates, and fundraising.
    Perform and maintain capital allocation and portfolio management analyses.
    Provide additional support for strategic decision making across the organization.
    Lead project management for annual audits, SEC filings, and regulatory requirements.
    $90,000 - $115,000 a year
