    Description

    Job Title: Construction Superintendent

    About Our Client

    Our Client is a dynamic construction company seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to oversee all site construction activities. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supervising trade and field personnel, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and with the highest quality standards.

    Experience Completing $500K-$10M Projects from Start to Finish within the following Markets:

    • Commercial
    • Education
    • Hospitality
    • Municipal
    • Federal
    • Data Centers
    • Light Industrial

    Qualifications – Detailed:

    • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution
    • 5+ years of experience as a Project Superintendent in Commercial Construction
    • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Strong problem-solving abilities
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project)
    • Proficient in construction drawings interpretation (AUTODESK BIM 360)
    • Familiarity with construction management software (e.g., Autodesk BIM 360, Builder trend)
    • Expertise in quality assurance and on-site safety protocols
    • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera)
    • Proficiency in construction scheduling and subcontractor coordination
    • Familiarity with field management tools (e.g., Procore, PlanGrid)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
    • OSHA 10-hour certification
    • Certified Stormwater Management (preferred)
    • Any relevant industry-specific certifications (e.g., LEED accreditation) in Commercial Construction
