Service Assistant (m/f/d) Porsche (m/f/d).

  • Personal greeting of customers at the Porsche Zentrum and directing them to the appropriate colleague in the specialized departments
  • Conducting needsbased planning of service appointments and customer mobility
  • Appointment preparation and coordination with the parts department
  • Assistance to waiting customers
  • Creation of service invoices
  • Management of the appointment capacity planner
  • Verification of vehicle documents before pickup
  • Conducting satisfaction calls after return of the vehicle

Requirements:


  • Successfully completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Professional experience in the service/office area or as a service assistant (m/f/d) in the automotive industry is an advantage
  • Strong customer and service orientation, even during high workload
  • Independent way of working
  • Outstanding service quality and customer satisfaction are the guiding principles for your daily work
