Responsibilities

Providing administrative and organizational support to the Sales Account Managers
Regular communication with insurance companies and fleet operators as the first point of contact
Processing customer orders
Managing and maintaining data
Creating reports and statistics

Requirements

Completed commercial training or relevant work experience in back office is desirable
Experience in insurance, fleet management or automotive industry is a plus
Strong communication skills
Structured and independent work style
Excellent Microsoft Excel and good PowerPoint skills
Team player with a strong work ethic and reliability
Good written and verbal English skills
