New Hope-Solebury School District is seeking a highly qualified Long-Term Substitute Teacher to join our first-grade team for the upcoming school year.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the established firstgrade curriculum, utilizing a variety of instructional methodologies to cater to diverse learning styles.
Provide individualized support and differentiated instruction to meet the unique needs of each student.
Cultivate a positive and stimulating classroom environment that promotes curiosity, exploration, and a love for learning.
Collaborate effectively with the firstgrade team, including fellow teachers, specialists, and support staff, to ensure a cohesive learning experience for all students.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with parents, keeping them informed of their child's progress and academic achievements.

Qualifications:

A valid PA teaching certificate, K
Prior experience teaching or working with young children in a school setting is highly desirable.
A demonstrated passion for fostering a love of learning in young children.
Strong classroom management skills with the ability to establish a wellorganized and engaging learning environment.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in differentiating instruction to cater to the needs of all learners.
A commitment to fostering socialemotional development in young children.
