    JOB SUMMARY:
    This role reports to the Senior Program Manager
    • Integrations and works closely with Business Integrations, Maintenance/Facilities and Hospitality teams.
    This role is responsible for planning and strategizing the use of office space and facilities for the company consistent with requirements of organizational growth, efficiency, and available facilities and funds.

    The Workplace Strategist and Facilities Planner works with all areas of the business on their needs while keeping company standards.


    ESSENTIAL/PRIMARY DUTIES:

    Works with Business Integrations, Maintenance/Facilities and Hospitality team leads on supporting the long-range office facility plan for North America offices and hospitality properties, including workplace strategy of interior space utilization, interiors furnishings and finishes, alignment to brand, IT, and safety standards.

    Works closely with IT to create a standardized infrastructure to enable flexible, agile, and mobile work through video conferencing, teleconference, indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi, and other technology requirements, as needed.

    Allocates and manages office facility space for maximum efficiency by ensuring that the workplace design meets an employee-centric workplace experience, and proactively adjusts as the company grows (including departments workflows, technologies, and the best workplace space design).

    Identifies problems and develops solutions, such as allocation of resources, changing project scope, adding new projects, etc. Maintains current condition of interior office layouts in Versailles and upholds that standard at all locations.

    Works with the facilities team to annually update potential future scenario planning regarding expansions, consolidations, workforce development/availability, go-to-market strategy, and tactics.

    Works closely with architecture and interior design firms to design/update our interior North American office spaces and hospitality properties when needed (to represent our brand, allow for growth and flexibility).

    Maintains the office layout designs within CAD or with furniture vendor. Manages inventory of all furniture across all North America locations with new software or cloud base system. Researches and recommends the new system. Manages office furniture contractor and vendor relationships.

    Works with Global Sourcing to obtain quotes from vendors and suppliers on new office furniture, equipment, fit and finish items when needed.

    Maintains the workplace standards document as well as the etiquette guide. These will be used to consult with other locations to ensure the standards are maintained.


    SECONDARY DUTIES:

    Works with the facilities coordinator on setting up the 1915 room when needed including moving tables and chair to accommodate requested layout.

    Provides trains on furniture within the office space to show teammates how to use the different pieces. Provides ergonomic training to provided assessments to teammates as needed.


    EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
    Bachelor's degree in facilities management, interior design, interior architecture, or related qualification such as project management, hospitality management, business management or construction management and 5 years of related experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience

    COMPETENCY and/or SKILL:
    Working knowledge of principles and practices of project management Working knowledge of principles and practices of business administration Working knowledge of financial principles and practices Sound knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations Solid computer and systems knowledge - CAD experience preferred Good organization skills: ability to prioritize, follow up, multi-task as well as forward thinking Excellent communication and presentation skills (fluent, spoken, and written English) Flexible and resourceful at problem-solving Good technical/mechanical ability Demonstrated team and collaboration sills Strong analytical and communication skills
