Your future tasks

In our IT Asset Management team (ITAM), we advise our clients in the areas of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM). As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Support in inventory, analysis, modeling and optimization of ITAM processes as well as consolidation of data and data sources
Participation in the implementation and customization of ITAM tools and systems, e.g. ServiceNow, Flexera, Snow, Matrix42 etc.
Creation and maintenance of project documentation (project manual, status reports, project plans, etc.)
Support in conducting ITAM analyses and optimizations
Consulting our clients on ITAM best practices, standards and frameworks
Support in the acquisition and expansion of our ITAM business

Your profile

Completed studies in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration or a comparable field
First professional experience or internships in the field of IT Asset Management (ITAM), Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Service Management (ITSM) are desirable
Basic knowledge of ITSM processes and frameworks, e.g. ITIL
