In the course of digitization, changing markets, increasing crises and uncertainties, reliable and aggregated real-time data determine the success of a company. Therefore, G+D has established a globally active Business Intelligence Center (BIC) to proactively manage the constantly increasing demands for data analysis and reports. For our Business Intelligence Center (BIC) department, we are currently looking for an SAP BI Consultant with a focus on HR reporting.

Your tasks:

  • The contact person for our business units regarding business intelligence solutions and data analysis
  • Consulting the departments on the definition and implementation of human resource (SAP HCM & SuccessFactors) reporting requirements
  • Competent contact for BI & analytics topics, especially for SAP BW/4 Hana and hybrid modeling approaches
  • Implementation of reporting requirements in the SAP BW backend (SAP BW/4 Hana)
  • Creation of queries and dashboards (SAP Analytics Cloud, PowerBI)
  • Participation in international roll-outs and system conversions
