- 4th Surgery Med Surg Unit: A specialized 45-bed unit focusing on preoperative and post-operative care, as well as medical services for adult and geriatric patients.
- Supports the manager in enhancing nursing practice and service delivery.
- Participates in the selection and supervision of nursing staff.
- Facilitates communication among team members and ensures compliance with regulations.
- Rounds on patients, team members, and physicians to assess care quality.
- Delegates care tasks and evaluates goal achievement.
- Coordinates patient flow, staffing, and resource management.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
- Current RN licensure.
- Minimum two years of nursing experience.
- BSN qualification required.
- Candidates without a BSN must enroll in a program within 1 year and complete it within 3 years.
- BLS certification required.
- Professional certification necessary within 1 year of eligibility.
