    Schedule:
    Sun - Sat: 7:00pm - 7:30am / Part Time

    Purpose Statement/Position Summary:
    The Care Partner in 5East is a 32-bed medical/surgical unit that cares for a broad range of patients, both in complexity and age. Primary patient populations include NICCU graduates, respiratory diagnoses such as bronchiolitis, genetic diagnoses such as cystic fibrosis or sickle cell anemia, and patients with neurologic disorders or seizures. 5East takes pride in its ability to work as a team and are looking for potential team members who are willing to work under the motto "We share in our care". The Care Partner provides direct patient care in a very busy environment and also provided administrative support to nursing staff as necessary.


    Minimum Qualifications/Work Experience: 1+ year experience as a PCSA, Medical Assistant or Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) preferred


    Nursing Student Applicants:
    Completion of pediatric rotation highly preferred.


    Education/Licensure/Certification: Able to write, speak and understand English fluently. High school graduate or GED required. Current BLS from American Heart Association.


    Pay Scale Information

    $34,944.00-$56,212.00

    Final determination of a successful candidate's starting pay will vary based on a number of factors, including, but not limited to education and experience within the job or the industry.

    The pay scale listed for this position is generally for candidates that meet the specified qualifications and requirements listed on this specific job description.

    Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
