Director of Nursing (m/f/d):

As a non-profit and church service company, we are part of Caritas and operate according to modern social and economic principles.

We operate 15 senior centers for elderly and care-dependent people in Swabia and Upper Bavaria, as well as 6 cooperative home care services.

For our
Caritas Senior Center St. Agnes in Mering, we are looking for a
Director of Nursing as soon as possible.

Your responsibilities:

Coordination of conceptual nursing priorities in collaboration with assigned functional positions
Evaluation of work processes in terms of nursing quality and staffing planning
Ensuring quality assurance measures within the framework of quality management
Conceptual work on specialized topics within the organization and implementation in the facility
Preparation and moderation of working groups with a focus on nursing
Organization and implementation of training on relevant nursing topics

We expect:

You are a qualified nurse and have ideally completed further training as a responsible nursing professional
You have a holistic view and implement processes sustainably
You enjoy complex tasks and working independently
Interaction and communication are your strengths
