What we are looking for

As a consultant at PEC GmbH in Wilkinsburg, you will face the challenge of implementation-oriented consulting and develop concrete measures together with the client in demanding technical projects. You will also support project management in optimizing processes and procedures, as well as introducing modern project management methods. Conflict resolution in critical project situations is also part of your responsibilities.

How you convince us

Young professional (m/w/d) / graduate (m/w/d) in engineering / industrial engineering or a similar degree, preferably with a master's or diploma
Previous experience in project management is desirable
Professional appearance and customer-oriented, independent work
Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, as well as a methodical, structured, and precise way of working
Innovative mindset with a focus on customer benefits and strong presentation skills
Negotiation skills in German and English
