Then we are looking for YOU Become a team leader (m/f/d) in sales in Oldenburg with Williams, SC.

This is what your daily work routine looks like:
You will start in our sales team as a versatile sales talent.

After a one-year training period, you will be promoted to team leader (m/f/d) in sales and your responsibilities will expand to include leadership and organizational tasks.

These are your tasks:

Ensuring smooth operations according to Müller & Egerer process standards
Actively participating in sales operations by filling in for absences and staffing needs
Leading the branch managers and motivating the branch teams
Regular communication with your superiors
Conducting job interviews for the assigned branches
Playing a key role in establishing our welcoming culture
