We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Bath Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team on a part-time basis.


As a Bath Showroom Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, expert product knowledge, and personalized assistance to clients visiting our showroom.

Your role is essential in guiding customers through their bathroom renovation journey, helping them select the perfect fixtures, fittings, and accessories that match their needs and preferences


Responsibilities:


  • Manage customer appointments to the Showroom for consultation
  • Greet and engage with showroom visitors in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Actively listen to customers' requirements and preferences to recommend appropriate products that align with their design vision and budget.
  • Provide indepth product information, explaining features, benefits, and different options available.
  • Assist customers in navigating the showroom, showcasing various product displays and helping them visualize how different items can come together.
  • Offer expert advice on design trends, color schemes, and bathroom layout ideas to inspire and guide customers' decisionmaking.
  • Utilize product knowledge to crosssell and upsell complementary items, packages, or accessories to enhance the customer's overall bathroom design.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling payments, documenting orders, and scheduling deliveries or installations.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing showroom environment by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring product availability.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed individual and team sales targets while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new product releases, and technological advancements to provide uptodate information to customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and aftersales service with professionalism and promptness.
  • Participate in product training sessions to continuously improve your product knowledge and sales skills.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in interior design, sales, or related fields is a plus.
  • Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in a showroom or home improvement environment.
  • Passion for interior design, home improvement, or bathroom aesthetics.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build relationships with diverse customers.
  • Strong active listening skills to understand customers' needs and preferences accurately.
  • Basic mathematical skills for processing sales transactions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and pointofsale software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends
