• Bachelor's Degree preferred; Associate Degree required.

• Accounting and Business Management experience.

• Oversee the care, use, and security of the facilities.
• Maintain calendar of events and coordinate parish
• Schedule work projects

• Manage, process, reconcile, and record bills, deposits, purchase orders.
• Maintain the bank account, maintain internal controls, and submit the annual budget.
• Manage contributions, parishioner accounts, parish census program.

• Oversee the daily operations, equipment, supplies, maintenance, and repairs.
• File required reports/maintaining appropriate records relative to special licenses.
• Manage maintenance, administrative, rectory staff, and security.
• Handle insurance for events, individual riders, inspections, and yearly appraisals.

• Oversee HR functions and programs, including recruitment and selection, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, employee relations.
• Manage and maintain personnel records, vacation time, and payroll processing.
• Serve as the liaison for benefits.
• Administer Virtus (Protecting God's Children) program with staff and volunteers; manage background checks and paperwork.
• Ensure compliance in all employment activities.

• Schedule activities and order all supplies.
• Maintain Samaritan Fund and liaison with volunteers at the Cathedral clothing center.
• Coordinate and provide assistance to those seeking aid from various agencies.
