- 135 hours per month or 1620 hours per year
- Signing bonus - $40,000
- Relocation - up to $15,000
- Educational loan repayment - up to $100,000 over 5 years
- Annual CME funds $5,000 and business expense account
- Primary service area population >250,000 people.
