Position Summary:


Dishwasher / Busser to join our team will contribute to an exceptional dining experience by cleaning tables, removing dirty dishes, replacing table linens, setting tables, and servicing items to guests such as water, coffee, and condiments.

Must be able to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

With special attention to the details, care about performing quality work and overall contributing to a friendly and productive team atmosphere.


Responsibilities:


  • Wipe tables and/or seats with sanitized cloths; must replace sanitized buckets and maintain all chemicals for the work area filled according to company standards and food safety standards.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to the kitchen to dishwash and restock afterward.
  • Maintain the dishwashing area clean and ensure that all cutlery, dishes, kitchen pans/utensils, etc. are washed properly and maintain the equipment to company standards and manufacturing standards.
  • Empty garbage from all areas of the restaurant and replace the bags; this may also include cleaning the garbage cans if they are dirty.
  • Ensure the safety of all employees, customers, and or vendors, i.e. moping wet areas and placing signage as well as, placing the rubber mats in areas where employees work with liquids and wash them at end of the night
  • Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in the entire establishment, to facilitate customer service, and assist coworkers.
  • Cleaning duties also include garbage cans, windows inside and out, sweeping, mopping, dusting, bathroom, dining room, kitchen, and front counters.
  • Assist coworkers and management to put away deliveries and restocking.
  • Ensure the establishment is cleaned in accordance with company standards and the Department of Health.

Qualifications:


  • Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred
  • Skilled with the use of hand tools or machines needed for the position
  • Able to work in a fastpaced environment
  • Able to lift, carry or pull objects that may be heavy up to 50lbs
  • Able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Able to prioritize, organize, and manage multiple tasks

Compensation

  • Starting Hourly rate + Tips (estimated average in tips $150$600 per pay period)
