Fortitude Strength Club is a semi-private personal training facility founded by Dan Trink and Kyle Fields in 2015 with 4 locations in NYC. The Fort is a place where we take training seriously and do what works in order to create an environment for our members to become their most powerful selves. We offer hour-long strength and conditioning sessions capped at 4 people led by expert trainers that are challenging for the most experienced members yet approachable for beginners.
We are looking to hire a Head Coach to oversee our coaching staff and ensure the quality of the product we deliver to our clients everyday.
Head Coach Roles & Responsibilities
In addition to spending the majority of their time (28 hours/week) on the training floor coaching sessions, the HC will also be responsible for:
1) Ensure Program Execution to Standard
- Lead all Coaches' Prep Sessions on a weekly basis to ensure all coaches understand the workouts, movements, and goal of each program
- Perform coaches' evaluations on a regular cadence
- Attend monthly prep lead meeting with programmer to learn the details and purpose of the next training phase
2) New Coach Hiring/Onboarding
- New Coach onboarding, utilizing the Coaches' Handbook (scheduling app, Slack, clockin/clock software) to ensure the new team members understand company culture and all policies and processes.
- Schedule new coach shadowing to finalize onboarding
Pay:
From $37.50 per hour
